I was unable to track my parcel and discovered that it was left in the rain, they didn't bother to knock the door or leave a note. Lucky the parcel was well wrapped so although the box was totally soaked my item was unmarked.”

“I ordered 11 door handles for my kitchen cupboards and draws. Very quick delivery, and product as advertised. But unfortunately the screws supplied were far far to long therfore wouldn't sit flush on the doors. I don't have the nowhow or tools to shorten them. So I've decided to reuse the one's that came off, And returned them.”
