“I needed an urgent replacement for my driving glasses after they were damaged. I called in to the Holborn branch at 1.30 and by 4.30 I had a new pair ready and waiting for me. Superlative service and I can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I've been using HBD both in Moorgate & Holborn for several years now and they always give a great service and can't help you enough. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and when it's your eyesight in question I think it's well worth it.”

“I decided to take advantage of a recent trip to London to have my eyes tested and get new glasses if need be. The eye exam was very professional and thorough, and definitely tailored to my lifestyle and professional needs. All the staff were super-friendly and really put me at ease, and succeeded in getting my glasses made before I flew back home. I really could not recommend them enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your amazing customer service - a pretty rare thing these days!”

“Excellent. My glasses had broken and I needed a new pair. Everyone else quoted 10 - 14 days turn around. HBD said they could do it in 3 and they were good to their word. That followed up with a contact lense trial and again very professional. there is no doubt I will not use anyone else. More than what you would expect.”
