The guys arrived on time and started work but were surprised when I asked about the root grinder, which was apparently on its way to Bristol. After I'd phoned Hi Line, it was confirmed that they needed the grinder and so they had to wait for it to be brought back to London. Then everything went OK and they did fix up my clothesline which had been attached to the tree.
