“Having only worn Dudes for the last 10 years, I am very disappointed with my most recent pair , Wally slip on recycled ( supposedly )leather. First they make my feet sweat badly and feel very drawn . On examining them very closely, they are PU , definitely NOT real leather. I have 4 other pairs of older leather Dudes, none of which give me this problem and are obviously and without doubt real leather. I don’t know if this is because they’ve been taken over by Crocs or not but I’ve never had a problem with Dudes before and never had man made material described as leather before.”

“The shoes are amazing and comfortable but shipping is HORRIBLE. It said 3-7 day delivery. I keep checking and it just saying the shipping label was made and hasn’t been shipped…..but 3 days ago it said it was going to be delivered…but wasn’t. Now just says only shipping label has been made and waiting on carrier! 🤬 like what the hell. Their shipping company is horrible, they are amazing shoes I will say that but ordering from their website is HORRIBLE!!!”

“Love the boots, but they were too big, although I ordered my normal size 7 Had to return at my cost £4.25 so if I want to try on the size 6 and they do not fit, I am then paying again for delivery and return, works out very expensive”

“The soles wear out so quickly. I seem to be constantly putting great shoes in the bin as the soles have worn out yet the rest of the shoe still looks new. The soles also seem to be softer than they used to be , I have some unworn older pairs where the soles are firmer and more comfortable. The later shoes have soles that wear out even more quickly and don’t cushion the foot so well from impact on uneven surfaces. Really disappointed and not very planet friendly when they last only a month unless only worn indoors.”

“I have worn Dudes size 41 95% of the time for more than seven years with no problems. I love the look of this latest Welsh model but could simply not get them on my feet so reluctantly returned them. I think next size up may be too big so will, sadly, go without.”

“These shoes are not marked up accurately as UK sizes and are on the small size. I had been made aware of this by a friend so I ordered a size 12, as my correct shoe size is 11. The shoes that have arrived are too small and uncomfortable which is very disappointing. They are currently waiting to be deposited at my local charity shop. I would not recommend this brand.”

“I am not sure where these shoes are made but the UK sizes are incorrect. Fortunately I had been warned about this and ordered a size 12 as my normal shoe size is 11. The shoes that have arrived are too small and uncomfortable to wear. They are currently waiting to be taken to my local charity shop as I am very unimpressed with them.”

“My shoes were delivered 9 July 2022. I loved the weight and look, however, when I tried them on the seam around the top of the shoes was rubbing on my big toe. The toe was catching on the seam inside the shoe. As a result I will be returning them for a refund within the 30 days. Disappointed customer.”

“I have bought many Hey Dude shoes over the years and love them. However, the only gripe I have is that I’m a UK size 8 but for some designs am a size 9. My most recent purchase of a new design saw them having to be returned as they were to small.”

“Old ones I ordered they had softer sole and softer sox material... usually I give 5 out of 5 now I can be as fair as I can and give you 2 As I had to donate them for not meeting my expectations... will order the older version even if they are more slippery”

“Used Royal Mail who cancelled the delivery day themselves but made out I had but why…. I paid for delivery and then you could not be bothered to answer about on social media…. Shoes are great but if you have an issue your on your own.”

We have checked your tracking details and we can see that your order was retained shortly after they confirmed that they'd deliver your order that day.
