“I loved Hey Dudes for my husband and I. I particularly loved the rise style because I need a thicker sole due to foot issues. This year, the options are slim and there's the peak style. Sorry, not my style and so I guess you lost us as customers.”

“I love these shoes and they are comfortable but I'm highly disappointed they don't come in half sizes nor do they have wide size option. Otherwise, would give 5 stars.”

“Usual size 11 in this case a lot smaller , not happy to have to pay to return the shoes should be free returns if shoes vary in size how do you know what will fit if not all standard size. Actual quality of dude shoes are of very high standards though so will buy again but maybe through a different outlet that does free returns”

Hello Emma, We're sorry to hear your comments regarding the Mistral. We would not refer the Mistral as a running trainer and we would not advise wearing the Mistral as a running trainer. “I love Hey Dude shoes, as being perhaps the most comfortable shoes on the whole planet. But the latest pair have a slightly moulded footbed, with a ridge, (I guess mean to go between the ball of the foot and the toes). On my feet that ridge falls on the ball of the feet, making these uncomfortable. I can add some different insoles, but expected more from the Yoda’s of the shoe world.”

“I am rating these shoes a three out of five for the simple reason that the sizes appear to have changed. I have a number of Dude shoes from the farty range as I have a wide foot. These are the only shoes I would ever buy online as I was sure they would fit however a couple of pairs recently have been too narrow. I have brand new ones in the ento print which I have not yet worn and they fit well so it is not a case of my feet being bigger. I remain a huge fan of Dudes but will now only buy them where I am able to try on.”

“While I love the design and generally find them comfortable, as is frequently the case with Hey Dude, sizing is hit and miss. These, after wearing a few times, are proving too short and tight on my big toe. It's something I've previously experienced and tried going up a size only to find them far too loose. Sad, because I love the shoes in general and when I find a well fitting pair, wear them to death.”
