I’ve emailed customer service about exchanging a pair of shoes at least 3 times with zero response. Very disappointed in the customer service. Do better HEYDUDE

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Review by Anonymous UserI ordered a Men's Cody in Charcoal Gray size 13......received a Men's Wally ORANGE/ARMY GREEN SIZE 9!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!! So did the online chat was told the only thing I could do is return them for an exchange or order another pair and then return the wrong pair. I explained this was a Christmas gift and either way I wouldn't have them for Christmas. This was the only thing my Grandson had asked for. As I'm replying via the chat a message pops up asking me if I am still there and then disconnects me, even though you know they can see the little dots showing I'm typing. So called customer service again was told that I could exchange or buy another pair, again I explained that this was for a Christmas gift and I wouldn't have them by Christmas. I then asked for a Supervisor, was put on hold and when he came back I was old all Supervisors were busy helping other customers. He offered tp have someone call me back within 2 hours, I told him I would hold, was put on hold for 10 minutes then told still all Supervisors were busy. Also let me add it sounded like there was a party going on in the background. I told him I would still hold after holding for another 20 minutes I finally hung up. Went on Amazon found the exact pair of Hey Dudes I was looking for, ordered them and will have them by Saturday. I have sent back my return so we'll see how long that takes. Let me add the ONLY reason I still bought the Hey Dudes is because that is all he asked for, guarantee I will Never order them again, and will tell everyone I know NOT to order these!!!!!

Return and Exhange Process is Archaic I would give them zero stars but I was required to give 1-5. After making a return I didn’t hear anything from them for 13 days. I finally gave up and used Live Chat where I was told my item was returned to the warehouse but after receipt it takes them 10 business days (not counting weekends) to “process”! I’ve never heard of such a thing. Then to make matters worse I had to ask about my exchange and things went bad to worse. WhIle I had filled out an exchange form online I was told I had to contact them back after tomorrow (the 10 day business mark) to request an exchange. I asked why and was told they don’t process the exchanges without it. what?! what is the point in the form and how would I as a consumer know I had to do this! I asked all of these questions and was told I’m sorry. Anything else you need two more times. At this point I asked to just refund my money. I was told again I can’t just ask for a refund. I have to recontact them tomorrow. Upon this insanity I told them I would not. I honestly feel this is their way of keeping the refund and hoping customers forget about it. I’ve bought no less than 7 pairs of Hey Dudes for my boys. Never again.

I want to start off I like heydude shoes I visited the new store in Oklahoma City at the outlet they tell me all sizes and what side the men's and women's was said there was no refunds due to this being a discount store which is totally fine I will say all shoes need to be on a shoe rack for better display my shoes was stacked on the table so I looked on top and didn't see anything I really liked so I looked at the bottom I was going through them put about 4 shoes on top then I believe she was the store manager she came to me and stated please stop messing up the bottom and putting the shoes on top she said what was on top was on bottom i top her I found several pairs on on top of the top for she repeated to stop doing it I don't know why I stayed and bought 2 pairs of shoes when I should of just got up and walked out I would of been happy if she would have not leave it a mess with all this she should have not even said anything I was not being destructive

The sizing is a joke. if you are anything other than a full size, you will never get a shoe that actually fits. the first pair was so big on my foot, it flopped like a flip flop. trying to return them was horrible and customer service was rude. fine. gave those away. ordered down. if i could remove my big toe, they would fit perfectly. now i am upset. i was put on hold for 45 mins before i hung up and did chat. that was ridiculous too. I am disgusted by this company, their attitude when you tell them something is wrong, and their refusal to refund my money other than an e card. I DO NOT WANT YOUR STUPID SHOES. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Hassle free returns my a$$. Such gross business practices. BEWARE!!!!!

The insoles were wore out actually shredded within 3 months. I do walk a decent amount but would expect the insoles to stay together. I own a pair of redheads which I bought at cabelas for 40 dollars and they are of much higher quality and equal comfort. Hey dudes were comfortable but only for a short time. The redheads took just as much use and they are still. FYI don’t buy the cool name other shoes are better quality. Had to take insoles out if I ever wear again. I’m not big guy or anything either just normal use ruined the insoles

I had an utterly horrible experience buying a pair of size 11 Hey Dude shoes online from the company. The pair I bought were too big, so I sent them back to exchange for a size 10. To my surprise, the size 10s were actually longer than the size 11s! I emailed the company to ask if I should try a size 9 or re-purchase a different pair of size 10s. The company answered with a lot of policy-speak and requests for photos, and threats of no refunds if they had been worn, etc. They didn't even answer my original question! After 3-4 more emails explaining the story over again to each new representative, I finally gave up. The shoes are not worth the aggravation!

Horrible Shipping!!! I have ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend for his birthday. It showed to be delivered early. That didn’t happen. Then it says that the order would be delivered on his birthday FEB 7th. It showed it was out for delivery. Never came. Check the tracking and it shows “no such number” which of course it is I use it on every website and never have a problem. Have emailed them multiple times. No answer. Tried the carrier they use (DHL) no answer. Postal service. No answer. I have used my address for amazon and other websites and they are full able and capable is finding my home. I checked the order number just in case I put the wrong address in. Turns out it’s all correct and means someone from hey dudes messed up my order and now I’m having to pay the consequences of some dumbass who can’t read 3 numbers correctly or can’t spell. 🙄 if it wasn’t for this problem and the little help I have received to fix the problem I would order from their website again for sure…..but after this….not again. I’ll get them through Amazon who is DEPENDABLE!

I requested a return code to return a Xmas present due to sizing issue and never get a reply from the customer service. Very disappointed. Will not buy hey dude shoes ever.

Unfortunately they have not arrived, 3 weeks after ordering. I have tried to contact seller and their email address does not work. At this time I don’t know if I have lost my money:(

I WOULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN ZERO STARS!!! I placed my order on the 29th of November today is January 2nd and I have yet to receive my order? I have repeatedly attempted to contact Hey-dudes directly via email, and phone no response period!!! DO NOT BUY DIRECTLY FROM HEY-DUDES THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND KEEP THEIR SHOES!!!

Bought two pair of boots on Dec 16, 2022 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. She does not really like them and says they are to tight aka smalll. Easy return they claim. Tags still on shoes never worn not had in my possession more than 10 days and they claim their non returnable. Nothing said about final sale it non returnable at point of sale. Can not speak with a live person. Our entire family loved hey dudes until now. My purchases of hey dudes which was approximately 50 pairs a year for myself children grandchildren and friends just ended. I will never buy or wear them again.

Super disappointed in the current customer service. My previous two orders taxes, duty etc was covered by hey dude as stated on the website ( I am ordering from within the EU). Now they said they won't cover the fees, despite me ordering from the EU website (www.heydudeshoes.fr) they still send the order from the UK not the EU. I told them my previous two orders the taxes, duties etc were covered by them. Now they responded saying that's not true (great idea to call your customer a liar) I responded with bank statements and emails from them confirming payment of the duty, taxes etc... Even if they no longer want to cover the duties, taxes etc, not cool saying I am lying. Thankfully I have proof that they did in fact reimburse my previous orders. https://www.heydudeshoes.fr/tax-duty-customs-i232 this page on your website states: "All orders to the EU include Duty, Tax and Customs charges. There will no additional charges on orders delivered within the EU, the price you pay at checkout will be the total price to get your order delivered to your door." The information on the website is inconsistent and confusing. Especially since my last two orders were covered by hey dude shoes... Super strange. Maybe they should arrange an EU warehouse to avoid these issue within the EU.
