About Hetty's Herbs & Plants:

We are a family owned and run online business based in the flat Lincolnshire Fens. Selling a wide selection of potted herbs and plants all year round. Our plants are all grown locally and are all individually hand selected by us for your order so that great care is taken to send out the best quality plants. All orders are picked within 24 hours of being dispatched, carefully packaged by hand and sent via a 24 delivery service to ensure that your plants are fresh on delivery to you. “Very quick delivery, quality plants. Although well packed a couple of plants had lost the soil in the pots, but they seem to have a healthy root system so hopefully will survive. The box had obviously been turned upside down in spite of the arrows on the side, so not the fault of Hettys Herbs. Very fair price and proper little plants not just cuttings. Would recommend this company and will order again in the future.”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered the 20 mint plant selection box. I received 11 different varieties and the other 9 being duplicates. 2 of the plants also had mint rust, so the entire order has to be returned.”

Hi, we are sorry that you feel you have received terrible customer service. You ordered a 20 mint collection which we state on the listing would include a minimum of 6 varieties, therefore you could receive 3 or more of some varieties, you were sent 11 varieties with 9 being duplicates so this does give a wide range of varieties and therefore exceeding what the listing states. We were not aware of any rust problems with any of your plants as we received no notification of this. Where there are problems with the condition of plants we encourage customers to contact us as soon as possible and send us photos. We did not receive your plants back so hope that they have are now growing into mature healthy plants. Thank you for ordering from us and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion, regards the Hetty's Team

“Very pleased with my order from Hetty’s Herbs. I had ordered the rosemary selection. Yesterday I received 10 healthy plants. Each one was carefully wrapped in paper and straw was used as packing material. All recyclable. Great variety. Will be transplanting today. I highly recommend Hetty’s Herbs.
