We are a family owned and run online business based in the flat Lincolnshire Fens. Selling a wide selection of potted herbs and plants all year round. Our plants are all grown locally and are all individually hand selected by us for your order so that great care is taken to send out the best quality plants. All orders are picked within 24 hours of being dispatched, carefully packaged by hand and sent via a 24 delivery service to ensure that your plants are fresh on delivery to you. “I ordered a few trailing Rosemary (4 x 1tr pots) and a creeping Thyme collection (10 x 9cm pots) for my new patio planter, as well as some wildlower seed packs that were on offer, and was extremely happy with the service provided by Hetty's. I placed my order on the 31st August and it arrived on the 3rd September, which was much earlier than the provided estimate. Great care was taken to ensure the plants were safely packaged; each plant had small wooden stakes to hold up the newspaper which they were wrapped in, and they were placed in a box surrounded by hay... all compostable materials, which was a nice touch. The plants were in great condition and survived the journey completely intact, they were all healthy and had strong root growth, so no quibbles on that front either. This was my first time ordering from Hetty's and, based on my experience, I would happily order from them again in future.”

“The herbs were well packaged. The coriander was a dreadful plant. Had bolted and was spidery with very few leaves The rest were not as good as what I have had before. Very disappointed”

“My creeping thyme collections were delivered yesterday and I'm absolutely delighted. The plants all look really healthy and vigorous, and completely undamaged by their journey, even though the outer box was a bit battered. I love the care with which they have been packaged, and the fact that no plastic has been used. My compost bin appreciates this too. 😉 Communication was great, with emails at every stage of my order. I highly recommend Hetty's, and would definitely use them again.”

“I ordered 208 chamomile plug plants to make a lawn. Really helpful staff who organised delivery when I was in the country. Rapid response to queries and a willingness to bend over backwards to accommodate. Delightful to deal with - thank you Emma! “ordered 25 lavender plants, DPD delivered them exactly when they said the would, they were good strong plants, and very well packed with little sticks in each pot, surrounded by newspaper and straw, they couldn't have been packed better. “Herbs arrived today, very quick delivery, all in great condition as packing not only was eco friendly but protected the plants from the rigours of delivery drivers. After online order needed to add an extra 2 herbs, phoned up was answered by a human not a machine, quickly sorted. As a result of extra order I got free postage. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.”

“Very pleased with my German Camomile plants ( difficult to find)which are still flowering and thriving on my newly acquired allotment. I really liked the way they were packaged- everything environmentally friendly and reusable- the little wooden sticks which were supports for the plants I still use as markers on the allotment so know where I have sown seeds. Have yet to sow the camomile seeds in spring. Will look out for more plants to dot around the allotment as really pleased with the ones ordered so far.”
