“Lon wait for delivery”

“Pleased with my purchase, however having bought 2 bottles of magnesium and getting free delivery, an Easter discount brought my order below the threshold, consequently incurring a £3.50 postage charge making my order more expensive than it would have been if it hadn't been placed over Easter. Not happy about this.”

“Easy to place an order and quick delivery. The problem is that the tablets I ordered were so big that having almost choked several times I decided to try cutting them in half but this was not a successful operation.”

As your order was placed after 2:30pm on Friday it will have only been dispatched yesterday due to Royal Mail only picking up parcel Mon-Fri from us. You should receieve communication from Royal Mail regarding your delivery. Apologies you feel we have missed the mark this time as customer service is key to us and we always aim to respond to customers problems. The Royal Mail 48hr service starts from the collection so your order should be with you by Wednesday/Thursday this week providing there are no delays with Royal Mail.
