“I purchased the Baslow waist bag to support me for my first half marathon. Annoyingly my cat got to the parcel before I got home and I found puncture marks in the bottle. Customer service were exemplary however and dispatched a new bottle the same day. I can't rate them high enough.”

“Bought the Helvellyn v2 Carbon Poles (with variable length adjustment) - they arrived quickly, lite weight & build quality felt great. More importantly they're an absolute blast on the trail (and unexpectedly the training videos are mega - lots of practical techniques that get you there faster for less effort)! Would recommend 👍”

“I had a problem with my pink collapsible water bottles which I bought a year ago to use on Race to the Stones event. I contacted support and they went above and beyond to help me. I returned the bottles for testing and Harrier sent me two new bottles even though they could not test the fault. I'd definitely purchase from them again.”

“10L hydration vests are so comfortable. My husband and I both purchased one for hiking and running it worked perfectly fitting our waterproof jacket, fleece, first aid kit and food supplies in. Only downfall was Harrier had sold out of the water carrier for the back pack (need to get one of these next as my cheap Amazon one leaked)!!”

“I have bought an exmoor jacket from harrier. I had to exchange it for different size. The process was quick and easy. I then purchased a trail running bundle as I plan to take part in ratvrace next year. Arrived quickly and I am pleased with my purchase. However I took my helvellyn walking poles to scafell and unfortunately my partner was using them and had a fall landing directly on the pole. I contacted harrier as I wanted to purchase a replacement pole. They asked me to return the damaged pole and sent me a replacement. No charge. Not only is their equipment very good but their customer service is excellent. I will be using harrier again.”

“I am so happy with my Catbells Aluminium Z-Poles V2. Delivery was prompt and there was a lot of information provided on walking poles to look at whilst waiting for them to be delivered. The poles are fantastic quality - so easy to put up and down and to use when walking. I will definitely be purchasing from Harriers again! Thank you ☺️”

“I love Harrier gear. I already have the waterproof jacket and trousers, which served me very well on the She Ultra earlier this year. Have now bought some poles and again I am delighted. Service and delivery was great. I always use Harrier if I can. I know I can rely on them.”

“I had a great overall experience with Harrier Trail Running. The delivery was impressively quick, which was much appreciated. The products themselves were of excellent quality, reflecting the brand’s commitment to performance and durability. Unfortunately, the items I ordered were a bit too small for me, which was disappointing. However, the returns process was incredibly simple and smooth, making it easy to exchange or revert the items without any hassle.
