“Been a fan of Harrier for many years now and the reasons are numerous. Fantastic value for money on all products and the customer service is unrivalled. Having just completed “The Wall” my chest straps on my Kinder hydration vest were starting to show their age (been using it non stop for 3 years without fail) so was thinking of buying a new one for the Lakeland 50. However after contacting Harrier, Rachel kindly posted me out 2 anti slip duraflex camlock chest straps for my Kinder 10L race vest at no cost. The durability of the Kinder hydration vest is amazing and hopefully with these new straps I will get another few years on the trails with this phenomenal equipment. Thank you Harrier for the many years of service and for always putting that personal touch to every purchase.”

“Great customer service, I ordered a pair of Catbells PRO Aluminium Z-Poles which I had an issue with one of the straps on the handle. I sent them back for free and a replacement pair was dispatched quickly.”

“I bought two items from Harrier’s Imperfect Collection in separate purchases — the Exmoor and Dartmoor waterproofs. The price was marked down significantly for such a minor flaw. I feel super lucky to have bought them. They shipped really fast. The material of the waterproofs is excellent! They’re so soft and don’t make that plastic, squishy sound at all. Super comfy. However, I haven’t tried them in the rain yet, as it hasn’t rained in London since I bought them. I did try them under the tap, and they held up beautifully with water beading off the surface.”

“Bought some items for my son, there was a small issue but customer service sorted it in no time. The running kit was so good I bought myself some things too! I really like the waist belt with the flat water bottle, doesn’t slosh around when I’m running and the belt itself doesn’t jiggle(just me wobbly bits jiggling now😉). Highly recommend!”

“I bought the Curbar 5L as my first dip into racing vests and love it. Not just for running but for shorter hikes as well. It fits great, has lots of pockets and is very adjustable. I was impressed with the product enough to buy the Catbells Aluminium Z-poles ahead of our honeymoon in the Alps and have been thriilled with them. Easy to use, lightweight enough for trekking longer distances and fold up super quickly when you no longer need them. Both items are great if you're looking to try things out without breaking the bank and still get quality.”

“Wish I'd come across this company earlier. The kit I've bought (a pair of poles) are ace, and so competitively priced. I've had a couple of follow up emails with genuinely useful hints and tips on both the poles and some trail stuff in general. Like most, I'm a little cynical these days about spam but these emails have felt genuine and useful, like there's support there if I need it. As someone who's relatively new to trail running, I'll deffo be checking harrier before I go anywhere else.”

“Absolutely amazing customer service. Highly recommended! I have owned a pair of Harrier Catbells poles for around 3 years. I am very pleased with them, but they do have a hard life and I broke one of the tips. I emailed Harrier requesting a replacement tip. They were unable to help with the tip, but sent a brand new pole instead. Excellent product and amazing service. Thank you!”
