“I was recommended Harrier by someone at my gym as I was in need of some poles for a few trail events I’d signed up to. They arrived super quick and loved the added touch of a “how to use” video guide.”

“I have recently bought the Kinder 10L vest along with a bladder pack, 2 flasks and 2 extended straws. Unfortunately to begin with the vest I had ordered was too small but it was very easy to exchange the item at no cost to myself. Very pleased with the items and customer service. I will be sure to buy more items in the future !!”

“I've tried my running Baslow waist bag medium at a trail half marathon. The best I ever had! It stayed put around my hips and didn't move up to my waist at all. Occassionally I needed to a push it in its place slightly but it wasn't an issue. Light jacket, phone and key fitted in perfectly. I hardly noticed I was wearing it. It also came with a 300ml soft bottle which was veryy useful. I carried it in my hand though but it fits perfectly into the belt too. Definitly highly recommended!”

“Bought the Exmoor waterproof jacket in Cyan blue to update my kit for Hardmoors 80, yet to use it in a race but been happy enough while using it in training and for the price good value. I like the dual zip and the nonslip shoulders for my race vest”

“Ordered an emergency survival bag at a good price with offer of free postage. Received item within days. Very quick and prompt with delivering item. Item compact and neat although haven’t tested yet. Would have also ordered first aid kit if was in stock at the time. Many thanks..”

“Very good experience, some issues with sizing and design details but service was great. For clothing I seemed to match the description of the model for L but Lomond jacket was too tight in L. Returned with no problem. Exmoor waterproof jacket ordered in XL, as L out of stock, is perfect. Baslow waist bag is pretty good, but could be so much better if it anticipated typical Android phone size; mine is about 163 mm long (pretty typical) and only drops half way in the tapering main compartment, thus restricting what else can fit in. Much better would be a long seperate zip compartment against the back, long and deep enough to take a typical phone in a waterproof case, such that the weight is stable against the back and keys on clip aren't sandwiched between phone screen and back, this giving potential to break screen in a fall.”

“I recently treated myself to a waist bag to try out on shorter runs instead of my running vest (also Harrier) . I love the pockets that I can pop my water bottle instead of trying to fit it in the bag itself. Great for fitting my phone, inhaler and keys in.”

“You’ll find the best customer service here! After completing a 100k ultra, my pole strap broke, and I reached out to Harrier customer service to see how I could get it fixed. They asked me to send it back, and guess what? Five days later, I had a brand-new pole handle, all free of charge! That’s how you win a customer for life!”

“Just bought two more 500ml soft flask. Use them and the 10l kinder for Forestry surveying in South Wales. Great product and especially love the variety of colours as trying to find a dark colour in my works van is a "nightmare" but they stand out.”
