“Speedy service, seems good quality items after a couple of times using poles. Guidance videos really helpful. Only issue was I couldn’t set up poles despite watching video numerous times, they were so stiff I thought I was going to break them trying to find the securing button. Resolved with assistance of others who’d bought same item and all said they had same problem. Would be helpful if video showed just how difficult this first stage is. I had contacted Harriers by email but the reply didn’t give any additional info to assist. If I hadn’t found friends to help I would have sent them back.”

“I needed to replace my vest and the flasks that I bought a few years ago. I did not hesitate to go to Harrier Trail Running. “Fantastic service from the very helpful, caring and enthusiastic people at Harrier Trail Running online store! Have now had the chance to test my gear over the winter months. Cannot fault Carbon Z Poles V1. - lightweight, strong and easy to use👌🏻…also great value. My wife has V2 Carbon Z poles and is equally satisfied. They have allowed us to adjust to running with poles easily, no dramas, and are now just part of our kit. Also bought Water bottles which are spot on, don’t leak, easy yo clean. Will use Harrier in future, for that I am certain, the quality of the gear and customer service is superb. Well done Kate and the team, thanks for all the help. Regard John - North Yorks.”
