“Been looking at buying poles for a while and found the support/advice on the Harrier site very helpful ie aluminium vs carbon etc. Hadn’t realised Harrier is a UK company so that, plus the competitive price persuaded me to order. The poles arrived quickly and are great 😊”

“Just purchased the Intermediate Trail Bundle, excellent value and purchase process very good. I measured and was at the upper end of small however when fitted it was just a tight so would recommend sizing up. The return service was excellent and very quick. Just recieved the medium and very happy. All in all an excellentbproduct and excellent service, well done.”

“Great service throughout the whole process. I wanted a small bum bag big enough for a large phone in a case and found exactly what I was looking for. The free water bottle was a lovely touch! Buy once, buy right! Easy to buy something cheaper but it won't be of the same quality. Harrier Trail Running, I'll be back to shop with you as you've got the whole process spot on. Thank you!”

“Item sent quickly but ran in to Royal Mail craziness. The item was properly addressed, very clear, but RM routed it half way around the Country. HTR managed to talk to them and the item was delivered. It was on RM 48 Hours tracked and took over a week”

“Bought my curbar race vest for longer runs where I needed hydration. I use 2 harrier 500ml soft bottles. I didn’t want to pay over the odds and I’m delighted with my purchase. Looks are decent (black/red) and fit is good, just a bit of wobble when I first set off if my bottles are full.”

“I couldn't be more delighted with my Harrier poles. I needed a compact, lightweight and sturdy pair for a trek I am doing to K2 Base Camp in Pakistan and to find a well priced British brand with such helpful video support was great. I can't wait to use them and have every confidence that they will help me every step of the way.”

“Ordered both the men’s and women’s Exmoor waterproof jackets to go with our Harrier Exmoor trousers (which we already love), and they did not disappoint! Bought them for an upcoming event, but gave mine a test run on a rainy dog walk—stayed completely dry and super comfortable. Honestly... is it wrong to hope for a bit of rain at my summer ultra just so I can wear it properly? Great fit, great quality—really impressed so far! Also got two of the 500ml bottles—the coral colour is gorgeous, and they’re so easy to use. My husband was instantly jealous and now wants to swap his for Harrier ones too!”

“Excellent customer service. Prompt responses to enquiries and request for the exchange of an item for a different size and colour. Very easy returns prices. I can’t comment on the waterproof jacket yet as I’ve not had cause to wear it. If it performs like the CS team, it will be excellent.”

“I bought the PRO Trail Bundle. When I made a mistake with my order, the customer service was excellent and resulted in me receiving a free buff even though it had been my mistake. I haven’t tried all the kit yet, but the Kinder Race vest was amazing on both a run and a walk. I used it with the bladder and soft bottles and loved it all. The waterproofs seem great and the poles came highly recommended so I’m looking forward to learning how to use them. Overall I’m super impressed with the kit and value for money, and can’t wait to put it to some tougher tests.”
