“Amazing customer service. I had to exchange Lomond jacket for bigger size and it was done very quickly. Not had a chance to use new jacket yet but having tried it on it feels really comfy and warm. Bring on winter running! Would highly recommend Harrier to anyone”

“I ordered the wrong size (I’m normally an L, but according to the Harrier size guide I’m an XL. But I wasn’t, I’m an L!). The exchange process could not have been easier or quicker. Super impressive. As for the product it’s fabulous. Really well made and having been running in the rain this morning I can vouch for the comfort, quality, warmth and water resistant qualities of the jacket. I have to say it looks really good too! Highly recommended and thanks to the team for the really easy exchange process.”

“The Dartmoor waterproof trousers are just what I wanted. “Excellent customer service. Above and beyond expected. Despite busy period around Black Friday my order was sent next day delivery to ensure I got the kit in time for the race. The starter bundle is a great idea. Such a God-send for a newbie trail runner when I got the email from the race organisers suddenly telling me I needed all this extra kit just five days before the race.”

“Very poor quality product. One pole was broken on arrival and the other broke when I put it up. Total waste of my time. So much for uk company with quality products. Kind of expected a phone call, guessing this is not a one off hence the reason no one has been in touch. I have put over 7 days for delivery as it was between 5-7 and there was no option for this.”

“I'm a huge fan of Harrier Trail Running and their products. I first discovered them when training for my first ultra 2 years ago when I needed a set of poles. I purchased a pair, loved them, they're still going strong. I've since bought trousers, socks, running vest, hydration packs, first aid kit and probably some other bits. The customer service has always been fantastic. The products have always been great quality at a fantastic price. Everything that needs to can go through the wash and doesnt come out any worse for it. I also find tremendous value in the support that Harrier provides in their online talks (youtube), their guides and their blog. Absolute GOLD 👌”
