“Gearing up for the Ultra Trail of Snowdonia and was pointed in the direction of Harrier.... And wow what a great choice!! A local UK brand, and genuinely so much better value than the big brand names. Have gone for the Exmoor jacket and Dartmoor trousers as a total waterproof combination. The trousers fit perfectly, particularly if you have any muscles at all in your legs!! They have an athletic cut, and stretch & move so naturally with your body, you forget your wearing them. The jacket is even better!! Honestly the quality is outstanding, and the fit is exceptional. I never knew I needed the twin front zip design until I tried it.... And now I can't understand why no other manufacturers do it. Every feature on the jacket is well thought out, makes sense, and just.... Works. When you're 100km into a challenging event, the very last thing you need is to be worrying about your kit, and with the Exmoor jacket and Dartmoor trousers, you'll have no worries at all. Bravo Harrier. Truly superb kit. I'll be back for poles next......”

Really appreciate the email after purchasing to check I’d ordered the correct size, it’s a really nice touch that makes you appreciate small businesses even more! “Harrier Trail Running always seems to get great reviews for their products and service and this was certainly my experience when I made my first purchase from them recently. I bought some running poles which have turned out to be ideal for their purpose and I was pleasantly surprised to find they were less expensive than I expected, having researched the market carefully.”

“After reading lots of suggestions for good hydration vests on the London Marathon Facebook group I decided to try this one. It’s really comfortable, fits all my stuff (type one diabetic so need to carry some ‘extra’ bits) and the price is excellent.”

“A fantastic company that was recommended by a friend at a time when I was looking for carbon folding walking poles, which I bought. Now a jacket was required for my daughter and Harrier immediately came to mind for their excellent products and customer service. Highly recommend.”

“I have two Harrier products so far and i'll definitley be back. I have had some issues with my Exmoor jacket which initially was swapped during warranty no questions (thank you) however when i got round to trying the replacement the same thing happened - hood draw string detached. The team weren't able to offer advise as to whether this was something I was doing wrong, which i'd fully accept as the same thing happened twice, I was pointed to a local seamstress for repair. This disapointed me a little as i'd like to think this sort of thing wouldn't happen but all in all, Harrier are making great products at a really accessible price point.”

“Unfortunately the rain finished in my area before I could take out the gear for a proper rain test. However, I’m really happy with the quality and features so far. The pants are great. The jacket is a little tight in the waist and a little roomy in the midsection, but I’m sort of between sizes and the extra room helps me wear it over a puffy mid layer or my packed vest so it works out great. Very happy with the price as well. Will continue to look at other Harrier gear for sure. Thanks.”

“I recently got the Aluminium Z-Poles V2 and they are fantastic, lightweight yet feel strong and sturdy. Very easy to assemble and take apart again when needed. Highly recommend these to anyone I know! However, the double layer sock I do not recommend, one run with them and got the first blister I’ve had in over 2 years and that was only with a half marathon distance. Don’t recommend these.”

“Top Pro Quality, for a fraction of the costs when compared to top brands. I will buy more stuff from Harrier, as this small company does things right! The waterproof jacket is phenomenal and exactly what I need for my next Ultramarathon; the quality is incredible.”

“A drink bottle what can I say !!!! Its light , 500ml fluid , easy to grip on the go only down side a little tricky to dry after using . Found the best way to place over a bottle so it can dry and stops it smelling.”
