“Awesome company, I ordered the exmoor jacket for an upcoming event but the size I ordered was to big, because I’d left it right until the last minute there wasn’t going to be enough time to get my replacement ! The guys did me a solid and sent a replacement out on a 24hr delivery”

“I have purchased a fair number of items from Harrier, as they only sell direct to customer the price point is outstanding value! Any issues (very few) I have had, have been delt with in a very timely and professional way. This rarely happens with the bigger suppliers. The equpiment is of a very high standard, well researched and produced with the individual riunner in mind, not the big audiances. This make this Company stand apart from the mainstream in the very best way. Kate's vision has fountained into an outstanding customer and quality facing home grown Company that is just fab!!!!”

“Always great cusotmer service from Harrier - it's one of the reasons I don't have to think twice about buying from them (their products are also top quality too). I had to return an item as I needed to size up. Harrier responded to my email enquiry very promptly and sent me a refund quicker than expected with no quibbles. The returns service - if you need it - is really straightforward too. I always recommend them to running friends for kit and advice.”

“So far I have only experinced one product. However it is so good that I be buying some other equipment that I need from them. I was able to test out my new Harrier Exmoor Jacket coincidently on Exmoor during a recent trip to North Devon. The weather was less than ideal with the first major storm of the year passing through. Storm Amy put this jacket to the test and I am very impressed on how it performed. Its so light weight and easy to pack that it surprised me with how it protected me against the heavy rain. I would highly recommend it. My wife is now ordering one for herself on seeing how good my jacket is.”

“Stumbled upon this brand via Youtube, went for a set of poles as I'd broken my previous ones. Pretty amased at the speed of delivery and the price. Tested them and I honestly don't see any reason to go back to my previous brand.”

“I’m fairly new to distance running, and while I’ve run on trails for a while I did so without a pack, or water, or poles— fun but limiting. The Catbells Pro alloy z-poles have been something of a revelation … easy to learn with, they’ve worked well for me, and they feel very robust; while the 500ml soft flasks I recently purchased are a competent piece of design as one might expect for the price.”

“I've been an avid hillwalker for about 10 years and always put off getting into trail running due to the start-up costs and not knowing whether I'd stick with it. I managed to get 10% off Harrier's sale price via a YouTuber so got a Kinder 10 vest, Exmoor jacket and some other bits and pieces. I've now been on a few trail runs and can realistically see it be coming my main hobby. Harrier's gear is very well priced and seems to be of good quality. It fits well and is well featured too. I'm usually big on brand loyalty so can see myself getting more Harrier stuff in future, especially if they start selling shorts and tech T shirts!”
