“Purchased a jacket for an event abroad, was assured by customer service it would arrive on Wednesday as per 48 hr delivery service Royal Mail were contacted and they advised the parcel would not be delivered until Friday I spoke with customer services three times regarding the order and each time I found the response rude The jacket is currently sat over my fence somewhere Very unhelpful and disappointing”

“The products I've purchased are really good quality. I love running vest Curbar 5L - it's adjustable, fits well and it has masses of pockets, including zipped ones. it's so easy to safely store all essentials withough worry that something will fall off when taking pout gels or drinks. I cannot rate highly enough Harriers policy about free return and exchange. my first size choice was too big, and I have got it exchanged in no time, with no issues. Thank you, that makes it so easy!”

“Great customer service responded to my email within a few minutes. I needed a waterproof jacket for Eryri (Snowdonia) Marathon with short notice. It arrived in 3 days. The jacket itself saved my race with horizontal rain and hailstones and, I heard, 60 mile an hour winds, it was brutal. I was so wet generally as I was out in the weather for over 8 hours, so I can’t say I was completely dry under the coat but then I was a bit wet when I put it on, it was the driest part of me and made all the difference. As for the wind it worked brilliantly and with a peak on the hood was great over my cap. The added space in the back section was fabulous over my water backpack. I could just take it on and off when required without the hassle of removing my backpack as well. Lots of people did not finish the marathon due to the conditions, but I think this jacket was the key thing that got me over the finish line and I wouldn’t have wanted to be without it. Oh, and the zips under the arms and the two zips in the front were great for ventilation. Lovely soft material too.”

“I am fairly new to trail running and longer distance running. I used to be happy with 5k and 10k runs. But pushing beyond the hour then you need a vest over a backpack I tried before.... This company was recommended to me by a new trail runner and it doesn't disappoint. It's a UK brand and is pretty much perfect for what I need. It's cheaper than big brand names but does everything I will need from it. I bought a bundle deal which is cheaper than individual purchases. I recommend this to anyone thinking about buying a running vest 👍🏻”

“I returned to Harrier when I needed a waterproof jacket because I was so pleased with the race vest I bought a couple of years ago. I have used the Kinder 10L vest well over a 100 times and it's still in great shape and works really well.”

“I purchased a number of items for Septembers Lap ultra (first aid kit, bivvy, waterproof traoisers and poles). All of the gear worked really well and I would recommend them. I did have a small issue with one of the poles but this was quickly resolved and a new pole sent out with no fuss.”
