“I have harrier poles, waterproofs, hydration vest, soft water bottles and belt from Harrier. All products are of the best quality, optimal design and at a reasonable price. My happy place is running on Dartmoor.”

“Purchased some items as a gift. The hydration vest and bladder look good but the soft bottle & straw were delivered in a bad condition with dirt/dust/hairs/discoloured. I wouldnt keep them for myself in that condition & even less so to give as a gift. I emailed & was told to return which I will do. I thought about returning everything just as a matter of principle but as its so close to Christmas now it may mean I would be left without a gift to give.”

Hi Amy, Thanks for getting in touch and we're really sorry about this. You are absolutely right, the soft bottle and straw should not have arrived in that condition. That is not the standard of our products or service. We have recently moved our fulfilment operation, but that shouldn't result in a situation such as this. If you can please email your order number and a couple of photos of the items as they arrived to support@harrierrunfree.co.uk (if you haven't already). We will investigate what has happened and arrange a replacement for you straight away, if that's what you would like. If you would still prefer a return, we will of course support that too, but we completely understand you do not want to be left without a gift this close to Christmas. “I have several pieces of kit from Harrier and have found them all to be great! The Exmoor coat is brilliant, has lovely feel to it and so nice to wear. The race vest is very well thought out and has everything I need for my long runs. I’ve recently bought the hydration bladder, mainly to use for hiking, not used it yet but looks like great quality. Not only is the kit great I’ve also had a fantastic experience with customer service. Thanks Harrier for producing fantastic affordable kit!”

“I've bought a few different things from Harrier Trail Running by now and I'm very happy with all of it - from my waterproof jacket and the Kinder 10L vest to some straws for my soft bottles, everything has been great. I'll definitely come back for more when I need something! Also, their customer service has been outstanding. Definitely recommend!”
