“The method of attaching the 2 straps needs to be changed. The female climber got loose several times when I took off the vest and they found by chance. The opening of the 2 side-strap pockets for food and a cell phone is a bit narrow and does not allow for easy insertion of a standard cell phone. I am missing a magnet for a Hydration Bladder spout.”

“Super quick delivery of replacement flip locks for poles. Remember to check these are tightened before you set off, especially through dense vegetation. My poles were brilliant for keeping /catching up with lanky teenagers on Alpine hike (don’t buy them for teenagers, just lend one strategically).”

“I ordered a Harrier Vest for my husband and he is very happy with it. I ordered the wrong size but the ease of getting it exchanged and the speed of which it got organised was fantastic. Highly recommend the vest but also the customer service!”
