“Bought a Kinder 10L vest. Only used it once but it’s brilliant compared to my previous (only 5L) Salomon vest and yet it cost a third of the price. Go figure. Also received trail poles for a birthday present, my wife misunderstood and bought 2 sets thinking they were single poles each and she informed me that the customer services was the nicest she’d ever dealt with. So you can’t really go wrong.”

“Fabulous service. I ordered some socks and the stitching came undone (only on one pair). The same ones were sold out so they sent some others, going above and beyond to replace beyond what I had bought. Very personal and quick service. Love the colour ways.”

“2 parts to this and why Harrier are just briliant. First, the customer service is just excellent, despite my careful measurements, my poles were the wrong size when they arrived for me. Maya at Harrier went through some checks with me and suggested an exchnage to the size smaller. within 48 hours I had the new correct size poled delieverd. Quick, simple, no faff, just a genuine person who wanted to help me. Thanks Maya! Second, the poles themselves are brillinat, small, light and compact so easy to store on my vest. Quick and simple to assemble when I need them and I have full confidence in the strength and durability of them when driving up hill. Can't wait to do more over the next few years! Thansk Harrier”

“Harrier products are designed by runners for runners so they are very thoughtfully made. I have always bought from harrier as a (rapidly growing) independent British small business their prices beat all the big brands. I love that they do bundles and different price range poles for people starting out. Harrier are for everyone.”
