“I pre-ordered the new Exmoor waterproof jacket in cyan. Unfortunately the colour was not to my liking so I returned the jacket, the return process being easy. I received a refund within 3 days and a pleasant note accompanying it. I have many items of Harrier kit including a red Exmoor jacket. The quality of the goods is fantastic at any price, and that, coupled with the customer service, must make this one of the best companies out there selling anything.”

“I first came across Harrier Trail Running at the National Running show at the NEC and I found their 'how to run an ultra' guide really insightful. I've bought several products from them since (Exmoor waterproof jacket, dartmoor trousers and socks) and always found the team really helpful, easy to deal with and very open and honest about lead times on out of stock items. HIghly recommend!”

“Bought the Exmouth waterproof running jacket and it's out of this world. Fit is great,and the pockets you get to store extra gels or water on the back of the jacket is genius. Also the non slip material on shoulders to secure backpack or running vest while running is brilliant. Over all I highly recommend this jacket to everyone”

“Brilliant! Have ordered from Harrier before, and this time it was to replace my well-loved flasks. Unfortunately a slight issue with the lid, but after emailing a new lid was sent out well within 48 hours and problem solved. Brilliant customer service, will continue to order from Harrier 🙂”

“After a wet and boggy run across the Cotswolds I managed to fall and bend one of my catbell poles. I contacted the team and they quickly dealt with my issue and sent a new pole out. The customer service was excellent and you can see why Harrier is quickly becoming one of the best in the business.”

“Harrier Trail Running is the best kit. I've just got back from doing the HMDS in Morocco and I took my poles with me. I know I wouldn't not of completed it with out them. They also have great customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough.”
