“I was considering on getting into ultra running and didn’t want to invest too much money just in case I didn’t quite get on. Not only is Harrier fantastic value for money, but; it performs extremely well. So much so I have no inclination to look elsewhere for kit.”

“I used the Helvellyn poles recently for the second half Cotswold Centuray race. A very undulating course along the Cotswold way. Today these poles assisted would be a very light statement. They were invaluable on some of the climbs and quite possibly made the difference between completing the race and a DNF. Added to this the customer services are second to none. When I had an issue harrier couldn’t have been more accompanying or helpful. Recommended!!”

“A pole broke in a really unlikely event on a trail on volcanic rock and although I bought the poles more than a year ago, Harrier replaced it without question. Great service.”

“Hi Team, sincere thanks for the quick response; excellent and clear communication; and most importantly, a positive outcome. I needed a replacement jacket. I've been very pleased with the product, but had a minor issue that needed attention. This was quickly sorted and now a happily jacketed, future client, is waterproofed again.”

“Having purchased a hydration bladder from Harrier in July this year I unfortunately found a fault with the bladder hose a few months later. I contacted harrier about this and a replacement bladder with hose was sent to me, arriving the following day. I was very impressed with how efficiently and promptly the matter was dealt with. Definitely would purchase from Harrier again.”

“Can't fault them. Had an issue with my running pack due to extensive use and asked some questions on the facebook page and within a couple of days Harrier reached out and made sure my issue was solved. I've bought from them before and will continue to - competitive prices, decent quality kit, good ethical ethos and attitude. Great resources on the website too.”
