“Not had the chance to try it on the trails yet but I'm super impressed with what I've bought so far. Carbon Pro poles seem superlight and are the perfect height. I also got the exmoor waterproof jacket and the lomond insulated jacket - again both seem really light and lots of great features. The sizing is a bit snug but not enough to cause an issue.”

“I bought a mini first aid kit and an emergency survival bag with whistle. Both are incredibly light and easy to carry and do exactly what I need them to do. Superb delivery time. Great value. Will definitely use this company again and have recommended to many of my friends. What's not to like?”

“I recently bought a new harrier running vest. I chose XS based on the sizing but was nervous it might be too small. I was pleasantly surprised to find it fitted like a glove. I have tried it out on a run and there is no movement, and I can barely feel it is there. It doesn't get in the way of my arms and is comfortable. I've not tried out wearing it fully loaded yet but so far so good. I like the fact the loose ends can be tucked away too and the clips and adjusters seem very sturdy and easy to use. I also bought some hydration flasks which do the job well, some poles which appear sturdy but I've not tried yet, and some waterproof trousers which are lovely material but haven't had a chance to try yet. I love the customer service with Harrier UK and feel the quality is just what I need to use these for a very long time.”

“Bought the catbells aluminium poles v2 which are very good, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The poles were due to be delivered just after Xmas (they weren't)we were advised they would be here week commencing 6th or 13th Jan (they weren't), in 2 communications with customer services at no time was any apology given. If 3 dates given for delivery were not kept, an apology is at least expected. Feels like customers are taken for granted.”

“I ordered a woman’s red Exmoor jacket. I received it very quickly. I had ordered the wrong size. The returns process on the Harrier website was super easy and Royal Mail collected it for free from my home. My return was resolved very efficiently and within a few days my new jacket arrived. Fantastic service thank you ☺️”

“I recently purchased a Kinder 10L Race Vest and a Baslow Waistbag. Both are excellent bits of kit and at a very competitive price point compared to many of the other well known brands out there. They are well designed and very functional - the vast aray of accessible pockets on the vest deserve particular mention here. Customer service is also excellent. I had an issue with defective stitching with one of the chest straps on the vest. When I raised this I was immediately sent a replacement strap free of charge and without quibble. So, overall, one very impressed new customer!”

“Nice to buy good quality kit and at good value. Love the ethos of Harrier Trail Running and in a couple of shopping experiences with them now, it has only been great service. Great attention to detail on the kit, the packaging and "utilisation" experience of kit. Hard to fault.”

“Service was good, aftersales service was good. The soft water bottles/flasks i bought were good, the neck tube was good, nice and soft but the running/race vest, in red was very bad quality, had faults which i had to stitch up to be able to use and on mine the so called waterproof phone pocket was not at all waterproof, seems like 2 layers of material of what the vest is made of with no waterproof material, infact you can see throught it, very poor, glad i put my phone in a waterproof bag or i would be down a phone.”
