Just now need to design a larger capacity running hydration vest, as trying to fit compulsory kit in a 10L pack is a big struggle.”

“When we received our item it was sadly the wrong size. Absolutely no problem with the exchange though, it was totally free, both in money and in friction to do so. Harrier made it super simple and from date of original order to date of receipt of the exchanged order it was less time than other retailers have taken to deliver the first order. Truly amazing service. Thank you 🙏”

“Fantastic bit of kit , so comfy to wear and luv the adjustable hood system and the open flaps are good if it’s too hot during the run , being a newbie to the sport I had to watch the you tube video to find out some of the features of the jacket ( foldable hood while on the run ,thumb holes for rainy weather, storing the hood into the rhs pocket) perhaps a few instructions would be good as part of the purchase ,but definitely a 10 out of 10. Well worth the money .”

“Harrier TR has a very good quality team. They probably have an even better customer service team. They don't allow products that don't meet quality standards to be sold. I wanted to buy the new Men's Exmoor PRO 3L Waterproof Jacket. It didn't pass internal quality testing. So Harrier suggested the Men's Exmoor 2.5L Waterproof Jacket plus Dartmoor Waterproof Trousers and Helvellyn PRO Carbon Z-Poles V2. However, I can't review these products yet because DHL has been holding the package in Germany since January 15th. Contact with DHL is only through the AI assistant, meaning there will be no delivery.”

“I recently ordered some running poles for my boyfriend for Christmas and we had to do a couple of returns to get the right size for him but the customer service was great and the returns were so easy! Hopefully the poles will be great!”

“I ordered a set of Helvellyn PRO Crabon Z poles V2 but they were slightly too long. Harrier replaced them with slightly shorter poles with no fuss or bother, and the poles are great.”

“Great fix by Support. In the Christmas rush, I got sent a rucsac instead of the Rain Jacket I had pre- ordered (somehow the clear bag had the wrong label and barcode.) It was fun completeing the return form. After a few days I realised that there must be lots of returned items and sent an email to Support. I got an email almost immediately apologising and saying that my nice blue rain jacket was being posted. It arrived 1 day later - see it, say it, sorted. Thanks”
