“Purchased a Merino base layer which, although not yet used seems to be great quality. I like the company philosophy of providing high quality kit at realistic prices and not relying on discounts and sales to bring custom. I also like the style of the communications I've had. “Ordered a lomond jacket , harrier had some teething problems with orders but they kept me updated and the Lomond jacket was worth waiting for . It’s so light and incredibly warm and love the colour , this is the third bit of kit I’ve ordered from harrier and all are excellent 👌”

“I have just purchased the Exmoor waterproof running jacket and Dartmoor waterproof trousers. Both are top qulaity and well worth the investment at half the price of branded products. I also benefitted from a discout via a link from Run4Adventure. I would highly recommend these products”

“Poor communication with customers once they have your money. Recently pre-ordered the exmoor 2.5 on 15 November (mid-November). Received email same day as order saying delivery expected early November. I emailed for an update on 26 November (late November). I received a response on 27 November to say an email was sent to me on the 26th. I replied to say nothing was received and I got a reply the next day (28 November) forwarding the email. The email didn’t apply to me as I had not ordered the Exmoor Pro. I responded the same day seeking clarity on the 2.5. No reply until 1 December to tell me that the jackets were due to ship on 9 December. I asked for another update on 16 December and finally received the jacket on 19 December. I don’t have a problem with delays but the communication is shocking and I would expect to be informed every step of the way when dates change. I’m not sure if I hadn’t have asked if I would have had any communication at all.”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused by the communication around your Exmoor 2.5 preorder. We’ve clearly fallen short here and we are aware that some of our automated, individual and group emails overlapped and weren't as timely or clear as they should have been on this occasion. With the arrival of the jackets a moving situation we were trying to send out the most up to date communications- and I know we missed the mark.
