“Most recent purchase a Baslow waist bag, as usual website easy to navigate, good communication and delivery. Have tried the waist bag once, once I had realised I needed to put the elastic loop round the water bottle I was up and running. Great bit of kit for travelling light on warm days...500ml fluid, extra layer and phone....sorted!”

“The Exmoor trail running jacket which I purchased, does appear to be very nice quality. Unfortunately for me the sleeves weren't long enough, the thumb holes do help to keep the sleeves in place, but when not in use, sleeves ride up. Also the double zip system seems a bit unecessary and slightly cumbersome. So, sadly, I'm returning the jacket, which hasn,t been worn, apart from to try for fit in the house. Perhaps a longer sleeve could be incorporated into the mix and standard middle front zip? I will definitely buy one if that happens.”

“This company is excellent to deal with , bought some helvellyn carbon z adjustable poles which I've used 3/4 times now and rate them very highly. I had a slight problem with a sticky locating button on one and customer service told me to return them free of charge and they promptly sent me new ones happy days”

“I bought a flex bottle, 500ml in grey. I got a grey one because 90% or so of the other colours were out of stock, except for pink, black and clear IIRC. Shame the 300ml option is no longer available and a larger version isn't offered. Delivery was on time and correspondence was good.”

“Order the Kinder 10L vest and 2 soft flasks. Came next day after ordering. Managed to first test it when I was in Tenerife and climbing Mount Teide. Was great for storing liquids and snacks and helped me get to the top of Spain. Look forward to using is in my 50km ultra in July.”
