“I had an issue with my hydration vest. Nothing major. But the customer service I recieved was above and beyond what I expected. Better than any big organisation. Would whole heartedly use again and again and again.”

“Great poles and fantastic customer service. Unfortunately one pole was damaged on delivery and they had it replaced instantly and I was off into the hills in days. Now used for multiple fast hikes and delighted with them!”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. First time using this company and I'll definitely be sticking with them in the future. I finally got to try out my exmore waterproof jacket in heavy rain. I've had a lot of expensive waterproofs throughout the years and I have to say that this is the best one I've ever had. Brilliant design and breathability. The material is great, no crinkling sound like you get from other jackets. I'm over the moon”

“Ordered a Kinder 10L race vest as an upgrade to a much smaller version I owned by another brand. I must say the Kinder vest is fantastic. A comfortable, snug fit, no rubbing and plenty of well thought-out, easy access pockets. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Very impressed and made the world of difference in a recent race - thank you Kate and the team.”

“Finally had some rainy weather to try out my Exmoor jacket. A 6km loop up and down through 300m altitude in light rain. The jacket was fully water repellent and as I had both front zips partially opened for extra ventilation there were no noticeable breathability issues. The materials used in construction are light with good stretchability which made for comfortable running. I am far more likely to get out and run this winter knowing that I have this jacket and Dartmoor Waterproof Trousers to pull on.”

“Fortunately I haven’t had to use the first aid kit but it’s well considered and good quality. It balances the right mix and number of items resulting in an small and very light package that sits in my pack for all walks/trail runs. Particularly like the addition of the light. Posted extremely quickly and came in good time before my race.”

“I recently ordered the Baslow waistbag. I have been using it on some of my runs and am amazed by the quality of it. It fits perfectly, feels comfortable while I'm running and is spacious so I can fit in more than I thought I can. I'm looking forward to using it in some of my ultras alongside my running vest.
