“Extremely happy with my choice to spend my hard earned money with Harrier. I bought some poles which were excellent but I'd sized too large. Return process for exchange was extremely easy, I received my replacement poles very quickly. Would, and have, recommended to friends. I also used the access to the training course which was extremely informative, I certainly learnt how to get started quickly and have much more confidence now. Cheers”

“Was given the Exmoor waterproof jacket as a gift and the quality brought me back to Harrier to look for a race vest. Ended up buying the intermediate trail bundle for an upcoming race and during training so far everything has been excellent and great prices too.”

“Initially I bought the wrong length poles, got a bit confusing. Very easy to return them and correct size arrived promptly. Very light poles that will be ideal for my next off piste run. Haven't used them enough yet to provide anymore feed back. Very pleased with the service to date.”

“I bought my Harriers Ultra running kit which included the Hydration vest ( 10L) just over 12 months ago which was outside their returns policy. Unfortunately the stitching on the bottom strap came loose and I ended up losing the clip. I contacted Harriers and asked if there was anything they could do. They very kindly sent me a new clip and strap which I stitched in. I’m now good to go. I can’t fault the service provided by Harrier Trail. The email I sent was responded to within hours, which I was not expecting. The clip was sent out the same day as my email and it arrived the day after. Fabulous service which is why I always buy my running gear from Harrier Trail running.”

“Absolutely love my Harrier products, I’ve bought several and everything is great quality, fits great and gets loads of compliments. I don’t even feel the vest or belt when running and it has all the compartments you could ever want. I ordered a wrong size and the team were super quick to send a replacement, the return process was really easy. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I bought the Helvelyn Pro poles which are really well priced with a great quality build. I was kept up to date throughout the whole buying and delivery process. When the poles arrived there was a link to a series of YouTube videos on how to use the poles and how to gain experience with them. Brilliant service as always from Harrier.”
