“Beautiful quality brass handles delivered well packaged and in perfect condition. The customer service was excellent from this company. Some of the handles were out of stock (we needed 18 sets), and we were kept up to date with delivery times etc. I can highly recommend them and would not hesitate to purchase again from Handles 4 Homes.”

“We purchased 7 x lock and door knobs and were delighted with the delivery, packaging and quality of the products. Having said this you need to be very careful with the provided screws which don't seem to be of the same quality as the main components. Delivery was free as the order value exceeded £70. After the event we bought a further set of door knobs which were delivered separately. Again we were very happy with the product but the postage cost was excessive. Other than this negative, very happy with the locks and door knobs which look excellent when fitted.”

“Our external Conservatory door handles had become very tired with flaking paint and looking pretty scruffy. Looking for replacements and intending to fit them myself, an internet search produced a suitable product from Handles4Homes. The information provided by them to ensure the correct product was selected was clear and concise. Upon receipt (they arrived very quickly), the Youtube video provided explaining the fitting instructions was absolutely brilliant. As an average householder, the video took things one step at a time and I'm delighted to say that the replacement of two sets of handles went without a hitch. We now have brand new handles that make such a difference to our home. Great service, great product, great installation assistance. Would not hesitate to buy from Handles4Homes again. 5*.”

“I placed an order with Handles 4 Homes on 14th March. The website gives an exacting delivery time frame and I received the order yesterday. Unfortunately the product received is different to that which was advertised I emailed last evening at 6.59pm to notify them and sent photos of the item ordered and also of the item received with explanation of the differences. I have already heard back from them this morning twice dealing with this swiftly and properly. The first email at 11:29 am was an acknowledgement and rectification email explaining what's happened and it's actually not their fault but was due to an unannounced change of product by the manufacturer of which they are raising with them. It also advised I would receive a full refund as the items used are unusable with my door handles. I was also informed I would receive a full refund. The second email was within a few minutes at 11:34am with full refund details. I really am very grateful for how this was dealt with in a timely manner (thank you Rob at Handles 4 Home) I see reviews are positive so clearly I was unfortunate, but wanted to leave this positive review about the business in fairness for their excellent customer service. There were no issues at all with the other items in my order.”
