“I have to say we have found booking through Hammerton to be a positive experience. As most readers will know it is quite usual to find the same villa (often under different names) to be offered by multiple agents. We did have such a choice but without doubt we picked the right agent! Our booking wasn’t necessarily simple as we had a party of 5 couples to coordinate and flight availability (and hence our dates) was constantly changing. Throughout the process Mark was patient, communitive and straightforward, even confirming that there was building work nearby and this may cause disruption – many agents would not have been so honest. We would have no hesitation in recommending recommend Hammertons.”

“This is our third booking with Hammerton’s dealing with George in particular. This is a very professional company with some of the best villas and apartments available on Barbados West Coast. What you get, that we feel is different to other companies is a personal service in the UK which makes it easier given the time difference, quality homes in great locations, the family have visited all the properties so they can match the property to your needs and what you see is what you pay, all costs included so you know exactly where you are on the website with no surprises. After sales service is excellent too, we dealt with Bella for our last two homes and have just been assigned Bella for our next two, Bella is nearly always available and if not she responds as quickly as she can, professional, efficient and friendly. I personally wouldn’t look anywhere else as if it’s a lovely property it’s on the Hammerton’s website, they have properties for all budgets. We have hired a place for ten then a place for two, our next holiday is a home for four and then one for six. We don’t like to stay in the same place so we tend to book 2-3 homes and this has never been a problem for George, he’s very patient. Great service, easy to deal with, great homes, what’s not to like…”
