“Initially contacted Alex on Hammerton Barbados chat 5 days ago, about a villa we were interested in booking for a family holiday next year. Alex immediately answered and was very helpful and thorough in answering all my queries, listening to exactly what we wanted to make sure it was the right villa for our requirements. No question seemed too silly! We booked the villa after Alex put it on hold for us whilst we had a chat with the family for a few days. We’ve not had our holiday yet, but have been impressed so far by the professional service we received. We’re all excited for our holiday next year and hopefully we will give an equally good report back about the Villa and continued good service at the end of October. Thanks for all your help Alex!”
