Her responsiveness has been remarkable and, more than that, she has offered just the right amount of 'handholding' to ensure that the process ran smoothly and that we were aware of extras that would make the experience better for us. “So far we have had excellent service from Lisa - we were looking for a villa for July and she was great with her advice on the best location for us to be with the mix of ages in our families. She spoke to the villa manager on our behalf and we changed dates a few time before booking. Nothing seemed too much trouble - lets hope the villa is as good as the booking service”

“Mark and his team were extreamley helpful with our booking. We made the decision to travel on a Monday and 5 days later we arrived. Mark had a hire car arranged which was delivered to the property and also organized airport transfers and fast track through the airport. We are very happy with the villa and would book through Hammerton in the future.”

“What an outstanding company and Lisa gave a service that is sadly lacking with other similar companies in barbados. I contacted 4 or 5 bajan companies with a request to rent a villa that I had identified to suit my needs. After a few days and no replies whatsoever I purely by chance contacted Hammertons and it’s the best thing I ever did. I will only use this company from now on as they understand what customer service is and how to sell their brand with effort and hard work. The villa I wanted to rent was sadly unavailable but I was offered 3 alternatives within minutes and I chose there and then and was happy to proceed . A fantastic,quick, professional service that puts all other similar companies that I tried, to shame. Thanks Lisa and will be in touch when coming to barbados again in a couple of months.
