“The website is easy to use, with lots of information to help you choose the best product. Even so, I bought magnets too small for my project! However, when I decided that it would be best to phone and speak to someone, the lady was extremely nice and helpful. She offered me a return for the magnets I had purchased, which I declined as it was my fault and they were very cheap. She then proceeded to help with finding the right product. She took time to understand what I was going to use them for and went above and beyond to help, even down to researching the height of Lego bricks (it's a card-making thing!) to find out how thick a magnet I could use! The ones she recommended were perfect and arrived within a couple of days. I can't rate this company highly enough and would definitely use them again if necessary. Excellent customer service, postage and packing and great products.”
