“I never received my order and emails were not answered. I was sent an email saying that I would receive another email confirming when my order was shipped and that email never came. I cannot recommend this seller.”

We have not received any emails from you and the dispatch notification email, which contained the tracking number was emailed to the email address you provided on 12 July 2024. This morning we've received your package back from our postie marked 'Incomplete address'. We posted to the address you provided but clearly, the postal service in Qatar don't recognise the address. Your order is being refunded today.

“Genuinely very impressed. Great magnets at a good price which is great in itself, but the thing that has impressed me most is the care taken with packaging and the really useful guidance that is provided on the back of the invoice to help you store and take care of your magnets properly! I’ll be buying from these guys again in the future!”
