“Very easy to deal with - after my first order when I sought advice from them (Which they were very able to help with) I've been able to order from the site - and I have - a lot!! Dispatch times are really very good, and they're the best value I've found anywhere. Completely recommended without hesitation.”

“Great customer service”

“Fantastically helpful company in an age when customer service is all but forgotten, Guys offer a really personal service and do what they say they're going to do! If they say they'll ring back THEY DO! If they say they'll order something in for you THEY DO and if they say they'll get it to you within a couple of days THEY DO! Even though my order was small they treated me as a valued customer and it reminded me of the days when customer service and satisfaction was paramount. Well done Guys Magnets for bringing back good service. Thank you :)”

“I never received my order and emails were not answered. I was sent an email saying that I would receive another email confirming when my order was shipped and that email never came. I cannot recommend this seller.”

“The website is easy to use and the purchases arrive quickly. I use neodymium magnets exclusively so it is important that I have a good supplier with reasonable prices. That's why I use Guys Magnets.”

“Good day I am very pleased with your magnets, their strength and quality. I am also very happy with the fast service, delivery arrived in Iceland in a few days. I am making a lot of ceramic and laser cut souvenirs that I use your magnets on. I will be ordering a lot more from you :-) Best regards from Iceland Magnús Óskarsson”
