“very efficient and friendly service with good use of texts for reminders. Job done in good time with before and after photos of gutters. Yet to have heavy rain to test gutters fully. Only criticism is regarding the disposal of the gutter waste material. Our garden wheelie bins were full and awaiting council emptying at the time of the job and I had to empty a another bin full of leaves to be used for gutter material. At the end of the work this bin was half flul of watery sludge and was very difficult to move never mind lift. The operative did offer to help with this bin but there was no other bin to empty into and this would not have been easy and the material would then have lain till March as this was our last council emptying day of the year. The operative was good but the waste disposal system needs to be better advised on in advance and the heavy waste material does create problems for clean and easy disposal.”

“Great service and Jason was very helpful, arriving on time and completing the job to the best of his ability. There was a bit of a problem with clearing the gutters of my conservatory due to hard to access area and narrow gutters, but I couldn't fault Jason on his efforts to clean them even if some minor debris couldn't be picked up. I'd certainly have GutterPro back if needed in the future.”

“The whole process, from an initial visit to assess the extra work required to remove moss from a tiled roof across the front of the house, the clearing of the roof and gutters, and the cleaning of the gutters, was carried out timely and in a quiet methodical professional way. The windows were somewhat dirtier than before the work was started but perhaps unavoidable due to the heavy rain that started at the end of the process.”
