“Work carried out by Kenny Dalglish was very good. But I have to say that the website is very poor and quote is very misleading. My actual invoice for work done was £100 pounds more than website quote.”

“I requested a am appointment which was accommodated. On the day of the visit the appointment time was not met. I received a message to say that the person would be at my property in 15 minutes which was 3 hours after the original appointment time.The person who came was very pleasant but at this point I was very disappointed. I was nit satisfied for the following reasons 1.The am appointment was not met 2.No message was received to say that there would be a delay 3.The visit took place in the afternoon when I specifically asked for a morning visit 4.no formal apology from the company although the person who attended was very sorry 5.as a carer I was delayed in my visit”

“Very friendly staff, but failed to take photos of before and after but Stephen the owner did return to site and take after shots, the morning after. 2 days later I cleaned the 1st floor bedroom windows and noticed the porch gutters had not been cleaned. Disappointed.”

“This was the second time we had used GutterPro to clean out our house gutters. The first time the service was excellent. The friendly staff completed the job quickly. The day after cleaning I received a receipt of payment. Also I was emailed two videos showing the gutters before and after cleaning. This time I’ve had no receipt of payment (cash payment) and no before and after videos as per the job description on the web page. The person who carried out the job was friendly and polite. He did show me what was in the bottom of vacuum saying the dirt was out of our gutters. Five stars for the first visit only three for the second.”

“Had my windows cleaned the day before, when Collin cleaned the facer borders he when over the widows and left them wet so the following day the windows had dried spots on them apart from that we are very pleased we do recommend you to all our friends thanks again Terry Brooks”

“Good communication beforehand and arrived on time. Photos taken as promised. Gutters were cleared and cleaned as was the fascia, however it would have been nice to have been warned that the windows would be filthy afterwards so that we could have booked a window cleaner. Not overly impressed with the fact that the debris from the gutters plus several litres of waste water were deposited in our council brown waste bin, which I had to clean out the next day.”

“Frank worked hard without a break and appeared to be doing a good job. I believe gutters were cleared effectively, but I have no evidence as I have not received the before and after photos, nor have I recieved the payment receipt. Disappointed that sofits not cleaned properly with gutter clean. Surprised to receive 7 minute notification message to say he was on his way well over an hour before he was due, when I was out!”

“The job was done efficiently but the waste produced from the process was put straight into my Brown garden refuse bin without asking me first what the best method of disposal would be. Due to the weather conditions there was a considerable amount of water in the mix meaning that I had to empty the bin out as I knew that the refuse collectors would not be happy about it (quite rightly). More communication would have been appreciated.”

“Cleaned gutters very well but now I have a gutter Leaking at the front of the house which I did Not have before. Could be coincidence but unlikely. Now I have to find a company to rectify it. Not a happy bunny”
