“Disappointed this time. Had to get windows re cleaned. Lots of water splashes on front and back door seemed sloppy and rushed. we have got used to previous persons standards. No phone call or email to confirm appointment. New the price had gone up on booking but no reason given as to why as customers water and electricity used. Not the usual team. Just very disappointing.”

“Pleasant enough young man. Told me the gutters were clean, did not offer before and after photos. Left side gate open and offered glass of water in the garden. For us to find that evening. A little poor considering the price tag in excess of 120 pounds…”

“Hello, John. I have two topics that I want to point out to you. The first is that I was not shown any photographs of your work even though, on previous visits you did. I'm aware that you canot control the spray that is produced during the fascia clean but this has affected every window and the doors. I've had to call in the window cleaner who will sort this out for me. I'm sorry to leave on a negative note.”

“I was satisfied with the gutter cleaning process although I was not shown any photographic evidence of the end result. I was disappointed to find that my windows were left with streaks of dirty water which I am unable to clean and my window cleaner is not due to come for several weeks having visited just the previous week.”

“Excellent correspondence, Alun was very considerate and did a good job. I wasn't so happy when I went to use my garden waste bin to discover how heavy the bin was and on inspection saw that the waste that had been taken out of our gutters had been put into our bin without my knowledge. It causes a problem to us as the council will not empty the bin due to the weght and soil etc is not allowed. I have now had the job of disposal and washing the bin. For your information window cleaning would be a positive”

“Frank did a top job emptying my gutters and washing the outer + facia but the supporting admin I thought was terrible. After the smart booking setup the standard fell. Frank was 50 minutes late and wasn’t supplied with a card reader.”

“We got the B team this time , previously we had a two storey 3 bed property the guys were brilliant cleaned everything that didn't move , video before and after , this time just over an hour 2 bed bungalow no video I checked after the left and was disappointed to be honest .”

“Work carried out by Kenny Dalglish was very good. But I have to say that the website is very poor and quote is very misleading. My actual invoice for work done was £100 pounds more than website quote.”

“I requested a am appointment which was accommodated. On the day of the visit the appointment time was not met. I received a message to say that the person would be at my property in 15 minutes which was 3 hours after the original appointment time.The person who came was very pleasant but at this point I was very disappointed. I was nit satisfied for the following reasons 1.The am appointment was not met 2.No message was received to say that there would be a delay 3.The visit took place in the afternoon when I specifically asked for a morning visit 4.no formal apology from the company although the person who attended was very sorry 5.as a carer I was delayed in my visit”

“This was the second time we had used GutterPro to clean out our house gutters. The first time the service was excellent. The friendly staff completed the job quickly. The day after cleaning I received a receipt of payment. Also I was emailed two videos showing the gutters before and after cleaning. This time I’ve had no receipt of payment (cash payment) and no before and after videos as per the job description on the web page. The person who carried out the job was friendly and polite. He did show me what was in the bottom of vacuum saying the dirt was out of our gutters. Five stars for the first visit only three for the second.”

“Had my windows cleaned the day before, when Collin cleaned the facer borders he when over the widows and left them wet so the following day the windows had dried spots on them apart from that we are very pleased we do recommend you to all our friends thanks again Terry Brooks”
