“I booked these guys for gutter cleaning. The chap turns up time ont he 26th March and he was nice. I was really intersted to see befor/after pictures and he did showed me on totally broken phone so I requested him to send those over to my email. At the time, I defenitely thought he must have done a good job. I paid the money startaway after the job. He could have email me the pictures right when I was paying the money but he promised that it would be easier that he could send later together with the reciept which I agreed. After waiting for the email for week I emailed them requesting the reciept and pictures as I like documenting and keeping a record. There was no reply and not even quick acknowledgement or any explainiation. My eamil was completely ignore and still have not recieved response from them. All this led me to believe that they must be running a scam of this before/after pictures thing. My mind can't think of any other reason for not sending me the pics. He could just done right there at the time of payment. He showed me 3 or 4 pics swiping through quickly on completely broken phone. I could not actually tell if those were from my gutters. At the time I did not give much thought as I trusted the person who came to do the job. Are they worried that I spot something that would tell the pictures was not really true. Cant think why they wont send the pictures if customer requests it. If I was a happy customer I would have call them every year for there services but this is not case anymore.”

“50 % of my guttering had been cleaned ,and were clear 7 days prior to this company attending my address in my abscence,and dealt with my wife.Within about 15 minutes of arrival.she was told "All done"and was requested to pay £87.00.Which she paid.They had in fact cleaned less than half of my guttering .Charged for cleaning 100%. On previous occasions had no complaint,but will no longer use this company,or recomend.”

“I paid your invoice in full, in good faith, after you had cleaned the roof, even though there were two jobs that we agreed on still to do. You came the next day to fix the pipe at the back of the house, and you promised that you would send someone to point the gully on the roof. I spoke to Alex on the phone two weeks ago and was assured that someone would come to do the job. It's very disappointing that the job has still not been done. I'd appreciate it if you could do it as soon as possible as I am becoming very anxious about it. I gave a low score previously because of the delay in doing the final job, but I would like to say that I am entirely satisfied with the work that was carried out. The workers were friendly, efficient and professional.”

“I would not recommend this company. Poor workmanship as he claimed that he had cleaned and emptied the guttering at the back of the house. I watched his activity when he entered the rear of our property and immediately attempted to work on our conservatory he didn't remove the leaves and left the self cleaning glass streaky. He turned up in torrential rain and i was completely surprised that he turned up at all due to the weather and actually commented about the situation when he arrived. Soldiering on proved that he was never going to do a good job both at the back or the front of the property. He wanted me to speak with his wife as she was part owner of the company and I refused because she wasn't involved in the cleaning process and that I was basing it on his workmanship alone. He used a power washer which you are not supposed to use and we had water leaking onto the floor in the conservatory which I mopped up. Water could have easily leaked into the electrical lighting system which is central of the conservatory. I refused to pay him because I was disappointed and dissatisfied with his workmanship. I reported it to the police and they said to contact trading standards.”

“I had gutter pro out to clear my gutters it cost £100 the job took just over half an hour and he identified a problem but for the sake of less than a pound to put right he walked away leaving me with the problem . Cannot recommend such low level of care.”

“I was very unhappy to find all the debris from the gutters was put in my black bin causing all water to gather in the bottom and making it impossible for me to move the bin as it was extremely heavy.”
