“No problem with process of gutter cleaning which was carried out efficiently and thoroughly. Paying online proved to be a problem as the banks failed to agree that the account details given by the company were genuine and I had to resort to writing a cheque.”

“Getting a gutter cleaning service to a three storey house can be a bit of a nightmare as most won't work at that height. Gutterpro's telescopic cleaning and clearing method is a great solution. Making the booking/appointment online and via email was really straightforward. Communication from Chris (GutterPro Surrogate) was very good and I really appreciated him sorting an earlier appointment than initially proposed to suit us. The before and after photos provided as part of the service are great illustrations of how much debris is being removed and how effective the clearance is as the process didn't leave much of anything on the ground or windows. The washing of the gutter fronts and facia resulted in quite a lot of paint flaking away but this is largely down to the condition of our paintwork rather than the cleaning method. Chris was held up at his previous job and our appointment was delayed by an hour; obviously not ideal but also not his fault and we were advised that he was running late rather than leave us wondering. Price-wise it's more expensive than a conventional clean can be but for our type of property in particular, GutterPro cleaning was worth it.”
