“Love Guide London except for one major flaw. They go out of stock quickly on many items which I find frustrating. These shirts are not cheap so you'd think Guide would invest in customers by having appropriate levels of stock. This is made worse by stock being advertised only then to see they do not have your size. So, I do check in to Guide from time to time and, if I'm lucky (and it shouldn't come down to luck!) they have a shirt I like in my size otherwise, sadly, I have had to resort to other suppliers that care more for customers in terms of having appropriate levels of stock and availability.”
“I made a shortlist of two long sleeve shirts from the illustrations on your website without looking at prices. Winner was the tie-die floral. Of course it was the most expensive at £105. Irresistible so I bought it. Runner-up was Plain in blue, a fitting contrast to the floral. It has several discrete features which appealed strongly so I bought it. Never had a bright floral shirt. Wore it immediately for my 87th birthday.”
“Great quality my husband has 2 fabulous suits. 6 shirts perfect fit for him we won’t be bothering with anyone else he has two pairs of shorts also but couldn’t see any on the website this time !”
“Bought a really great pair of dark blue lined trousers from T K Maxx and then bought a short sleeve
shirt direct from Guide. Both are very comfortable to wear and look very sharp indeed.”
“I spent years trying to find the perfect jeans for me and eventually found Guide London. Excellent jeans. Sadly, however, they seem to have stopped making them as none appear to be available online. Is this Covid/Brexit setback or something more long-term?”
“I really like Guide clothing. It's different enough in style, but not daring, which is the place I personally like to be.
I know it's not the cheapest, but the quality is good and it's nice to treat yourself every now and then.
I have also interacted with their customer care team, who were very good.”
