“First time I used this site, and I found it easy to find what I was looking for. Easy to pay. Easy to contact green gardener to ask questions. Delivery was quick. And good product instructions were supplied as well. I had ordered both the spring and autumn nematodes. I applied the spring treatment, and look forward to receiving my autumn box closer to the time. And I can confidently say that I will reorder again for the future, as well as looking to buy new products as well. Recommend.”

“I have been so impressed with Green Gardener during the Coronavirus pandemic. Many companies, not surprisingly, have struggled with stock and deliveries, but not Green Gardener. They have an excellent range of products and maintaining their supplies must be very difficult in these present times, but if an item is out of stock, they send an email to the customer stating when they expect deliveries. I have made several orders over the last few weeks and all have been dispatched very quickly and received within a week of ordering - and with free delivery. It cannot get better than that!”

“This is written during lockdown for covidv19. Therefore I don't think a comment regarding delivery would be appropriate. I had the dreaded vine weevil, and consequently ordered nematodes. I had a reason to ring the company, regarding my concern about delivery. My enquiry was dealt with thoroughly and professionally. Fingers crossed I no longer have vine weevil. I will certainly visit this company again.”

“Hi I recently ordered 24 margurita plants unfortunately when they arrived half of them were dead I did email and sent photos to customer service they did reply but were not very helpful I have since emailed them again and am now waiting for another reply”
