“Ordered lacewing and ladybird larvae to deal with a huge infestation of willow aphids and the result is miraculous! 4 weeks ago the branches were encrusted with aphids and now I honestly can't see a single one. Amazing!”

“The good were not delivered to me. Payment was taken on 7th May. You messaged me saying that the order had been fulfilled. I wrote back on 2nd June saying that I hadn't received it and that I couldn't see any tracking information. You replied saying that was because it was out for delivery. A couple of days later you said it was being returned by Royal Mail and you would wait until you had received it back before processing a refund. I still haven't received a refund. I couldn't possibly recommend your service to anyone and will actively avoid using your company again. Most disappointing.”

Thanks for the review. Unfortunately this was never collected from the post-office after delivery was attempted twice and has now been returned by the post-office. It only arrived yesterday and you have been contacted by Becky in our office (you should have an email) asking if you wanted it re-sending or a refund? Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“Brilliant service. This is my second year of ordering ladybirds and this year we had loads of greenfly attacking the roses but the ladybirds soon made light work of clearing them without having to use pesticides. Roses are thriving now and looking fabulous.”
