“Prompt delivery. Product faulty but one phone call/email got a very quick and very positive response. Replacement immediately sent out. Free returns label attached to email without having to ask. Replacement product grand. Excellent customer service. Thank you.”

“Nematodes were delivered promptly and I put pack in fridge and used next day. It took a while for the treatment to work, not sure if that is usual as no indication of time on instructions.”
