“Ordered product around 10 October and haven't received it yet. Last order we did was great . Product arrived in no time. Green Gardener is not responding to emails . We would just like to know if order was shipped and if not then please issue a refund”

Thanks for the message and I have tried to contact you several times but the email you provided is being rejected and your phone number is not recognised, so fingers crossed you will get this reply? You have ordered from Canada but we are UK based and cannot send your order to Canada (sorry). I have been trying to contact you since then to let you know that we would not be able to send it and have ALREADY issued a full refund. Kind regards Jon @ Green Gardener

“I ordered two items hoping they would arrive before the weather turned colder. They arrived a day and a half later not the three / five days. The trees have been sprayed twice and I have enough left for another application. Thank you.”

“Hardly any slugs this year, following the use of slug nematodes. I have about 9 pots with hostas! I also use the vine weevil nematodes and the adult vine weevil gel in a wooden sleeve - I can move this around amongst my hydrangeas and heucheras. Great service from green gardener.”

“Hopefully the product I bought will rid my pots of vine weevil grubs - it usually does! Order delivered promptly with good instructions on use. I have ordered from this company before and would certainly do so again with confidence.”

“Always prompt delivery and good quality products. I buy vine weevil nematodes from them every year and they work brilliantly. My only criticism would be the multi-coloured text on the website - I find it very confusing and hard to find what I'm searching for.”
