“Over all a very good business products and advice , only scored 4/5 this time due to the options on web site for twice yearly delivery change date applications for vine weevil not being read at office !!! This had to be followed up with another e mail explaining their error”

“Very pleased with the jute sacks to put my leaves in, for later mulching in the garden. They came pretty quickly, arriving on the day I expected. Rather disappointed that the 'green' credentials didn't extend to the packaging, which was a huge plastic bag, wrapped round with thick packaging sticky tape!”

“Easy ordering process, prompt delivery. I used Leatherjacket Nematodes on my lawns in spring and again in September. So far all good. Not had any tell tale bald patches or birds pecking at the grass.”

“Around half of the ladybird aphids were dead 1 day after storing in fridge (as per instructions). Obtained no quibble refund. Would try again and aim to distribute larvae on day of delivery although I was told that they don't always travel well so perhaps there's always a risk of poor survival in transit.”

“Product arrived on time, appears to work on the scale insects on our lemon tree. My only issue is that the spray solution with the nematodes doesn't coat the leaves very well so it's hard to see whether you've applied a sufficient amount. Price is good for 3 deliveries.”

“Green Gardener Good. Products?? SB plant invigorator useless against greenfly on hibiscus in conservatory. I'm now about to order Aphidius and probably Lacewing and Ladybird larvae as well. Encarsia was good last year but whitefly have already appeared again. Lawn repair sticks v.slow to germinate but eventually came good. Patch magic much better.”

“They arrived quickly and in good condition. Still badly infested with aphids, although the ladybirds did a good job on the rose Bush I put them on, some aphids have come back to it. I think I need 500 ladybirds for my garden! It's really bad this year. Thinking of buying a ladybird lodge to breed them!”
