“Generally a great fan of Green Gardener and recommend widely, but VERY disappointed in the new style Box Moth repellant. Last year quite successful and trapped several moths. This time no sign of trapping and a host of caterpillars which are rapidly destroying my dwarf box in spite of my best efforts. Am digging up the whole lot.”

“I've bought slug nematodes several times, and have always been satisfied, but the latest pack was totally ineffective. I applied them as per the instructions in the rain (not hard in Spring 2024) and watered on the odd day it didn't rain, but I have never had so many slugs and so much slug damage as this year. I won't bother next year and will use beer traps and pellets, which do work.”

“I have now purchased 3 lots of ‘live’ ant nematodes and I have just used the ‘long life’ ant nematodes. As it is only 3 months of use I can’t be 100% certain that they have eradicated all the ants nests in my lawn, but I am very hopeful and I am keeping my fingers crossed.”

“My ladybird lavae were so small I couldn't see them. Nevertheless I have put the contents of the boxes into the paper bags and hung them up in the tree but I have no idea if anything has got out or will eventually be effective. I have not tried the roll of copper tape yet. Therefore my full opinion is not yet available.”
