“I'm only giving 2 stars because I ordered ladybird larvae in order to have ladybirds to get rid a whole load of aphids however it hasn't worked after following all the instructions. I have written and am awaiting a reply.”

“I purchased 2 director’s chairs, and I am delighted with them. They are well made with good, chunky wood and strong, traditional canvas. Very comfortable as the canvas does not sag. Timeless design, will last a long time”

“My order of live ladybirds and larvae arrived quickly. Over the course of 10 days the ladybirds disappeared not before laying eggs! I have 7 (the ones that I can find) pupae in my Mock Orange. It's been fascinating to watch them! Very pleased, thank you”

“Had to wait a few too many weeks for order to arrive. Don’t know if the Nemaslug works as it’s too soon to tell. I do need to apply it again but it’s expensive and it took too long.”

“Excellent quality 2ltr pump action spray. Feels very sturdy and made to last. One small thing to note is that atomiser doesn't create a very fine spray but is good enough for me to spray box plants fertiliser.”
