“Ordered a greenhouse waited for over a week nothing only when I made a phone call told it had not been dispatched .eventually received it nice product shame about the service service”

Thanks for the review but we do not sell Greenhouses so I think this must have been someone else? We sent you the Nemasys Vine Weevil Killer a couple of weeks ago?

“Very pleased with the jute sacks to put my leaves in, for later mulching in the garden. They came pretty quickly, arriving on the day I expected. Rather disappointed that the 'green' credentials didn't extend to the packaging, which was a huge plastic bag, wrapped round with thick packaging sticky tape!”

“I had a very prompt and helpful response to my initial e mail. The ordering on- line was very straight forward. We were not in when the packages were delivered, but they were left in a safe and secure place. Everything was very well packaged and all the components were included (hurrah!). The instructions were clear, the frame went together /built with ease, though it did take a couple of hours to assemble. I did have a bit of trouble with the double sided sellotape! So far, this cold frame is doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend the company and the product.”

“I experienced a really helpful service from Jon, who helped me identify the grubs in my pots from the photo I sent him and then recommended the correct treatment. My order arrived very quickly and the instructions and application were both very straightforward. Hopefully I will no longer have these huge chafer grubs to deal with!”

“I use nematodes in the spring and autumn to control vine weevils in my garden pots and they have proved very effective. No plants chewed off at ground level for a couple of years now: I'm a much happier gardener!”
