“The biodegradable weed killer (purchased in several batches) is very effective. Green Gardener sent the parcels promptly - arrived within 48 hrs each time. This is an excellent company - I'm glad I've found you..Thank you”

“I have purchased from Green Gardener for many years, especially the nematodes to help control vine weevils. More recently I’ve purchased the decoy wasps nests to deter wasps from the back garden. The business is small and family run. Honest, reasonably priced, friendly and very efficient. Thank you ☺️”

“I've used Green Gardener a few times over the last 3 years or so. Their range is good and dispatch is pretty quick. However, they seem to send emails along the lines of "Your order has been fulfilled" even before the item has been dispatched (e.g. if you're ordered something with a future dispatch date, you still receive that email a few days after placing the order, rather than when the item has actually been dispatched or delivered). It's not a helpful email and can be quite confusing. More recently, I had to email them about an order which hadn't been dispatched on time (over a week late). I never received acknowledgement of my email, let alone an explanation. The order finally turned up and had been dispatched the previous day (i.e. they must have known it was being dispatched late) but again, there was no acknowledgement of it being dispatched late. So on the whole I'm fairly happy with the product, but customer communication needs to be improved.”

“Since taking on my allotment, I've had issues with wireworm. I came across green gardener when looking for a solution. I have bought nematodes from green gardener for the last 3 years and the problem is reducing year on year. Very good website, easy to order and prompt delivery.”

“Delivery is quite slow but that’s understandable. My issue is more that the ladybird larvae really don’t work on rose climbers or bushes. Not sure why as I follow all instructions including releasing early morning or late evening, misting the bushes to provide water, releasing the larvae directly onto affected stems as well as all over the bush. Yet 3 - 4 weeks later, no sign of the larvae and the aphids are more prominent than ever. I’ve now just resorted to manually going around and removing the aphids as the larvae approach just isn’t working. Shame.”
