“For several gardening seasons I have purchased the nematodes for slugs from Green Gardner and the service they offer. is excellent. They arrive very promptly every six weeks and I am delighted with this product and would certainly recommend the company”

“Quick delivery! I can't comment on the efficacy of the garlic candle yet as I haven't been able to use yet. Maybe I missed it in the information I read before purchase, but I have just read on the candle that my greenhouse should be 16 degrees plus, before Using the candle. So I will have to wait until late spring before fumigating my greenhouse. I was hoping to get things done this weekend ( January) and get ready for the growing season!”

Thanks for the review and we have fully tested the candles at lower temperatures and have never had a problem, which is why we go ahead and supply them to use at this time of year. Please go ahead and use it and I am sure it will perform as required but if there are any problems let me know. Jonathan @ Green Gardener

“Green Gardener sells really top quality products. I have been using him for years and each time his product works as advertised. Whenever I have fungus gnat issues i buy nematodes from him, when spring comes I buy slug nematodes and use them all over my lawn and beds and my plants don't get eaten by slugs anymore! Highly recommend him to anyone.”

“The product arrived just 2 days before the use by date and this was not what I had expected. Arriving on a Saturday to use by Monday . The instructions were, after treating the area, let dry. It is the middle of winter and very wet. I would have preferred to have waited for a later despatch when the weather would allow the soil to dry out. Jean Sanderson. I have since received an e mail from you and the date is definitely 09/01/2017. I could NOT return your e mail it was returned to me unable to send. My phone number is 01132747977 thank you. Thanks for the message and I am a little confused - we received fresh stocks of all our nematodes after Christmas and it all has a months expiry date on it i.e. 6th of Feb, so I suspect your packs are dated the same and not just in 2 days time. The Sciaird fly nematodes you ordered are for use indoors - Sciarid Fly is a indoor pest (also known as compost fly), so the weather would not have affected application. Can you confirm what you are trying to treat and where it is and can you double check the expiry date? If it is easier to ring me, please feel free to do so on 01394 421112. “Having ordered 2 kits of the Butterfly breeding kit as presents, one of the intended recipients said it was not wanted! Luckily I had asked for delivery to be done in a certain week. I contacted Green Gardener again (they are usually contacted by email but this time it was done by phone.) The staff were very helpful and located the intended parcel then cancelled the delivery in time. All done with understanding. On all occasions, this has been the case and give advice freely. A big thank you.”
